PRIVACY
Protecting Member confidentiality is one of our core business principles. This website provides the opportunity to submit information about you and/or your company for the purpose of listing your business for sale, expressing interest to buy a business, advertising your ability to freelance and/or to find a business partner. We do not share this information with parties outside the BossDawgs organization in any way. All information collected about you is confidential. We maintain, physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.
MEMBERS
This feature of our site allows Members to register their level of interest, location and skill set that they offer. In return, Members can search for potential business partners by location and skill set. Although BossDawgs does take steps to ensure the validity of such data, BossDawgs makes no assurance that Members have provided accurate and/or honest information. Members are responsible for using their own discretion when discussing said information with other Members. Member hereby agrees to provide complete and correct information to us, and agrees to maintain and update that information, as the circumstances require. As a Member, you are responsible for your own content and are responsible for the consequences of any content you provide. Member’s content shall not contain software viruses, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment of BossDawgs or any Member of BossDawgs. The information Member provides shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading; be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or non-owned items; infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy; violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; be defamatory, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; be obscene or contain a sexually explicit image, or contain any viruses. If Member includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation Member will be removed. BossDawgs reserves the right to edit, restrict or remove any content you provide for any reason at any time. Whether or not we disable access to or remove content, BossDawgs will make a good faith attempt to take reasonable steps to notify the Member that BossDawgs has received notice of an alleged violation of intellectual property rights or other content violation. Our policies and procedures for removing or disabling access to content alleged to be infringing, inaccurate or otherwise unlawful are and remain at our sole discretion. We expect all Members to use this site in a professional manner! BossDawgs provides a process for submission of complaints concerning content posted by our Members. Just contact us or flag the Member and we will investigate.
CLASSIFIEDS
This feature of our site features a venue to list businesses and business essentials for sale and for buyers to express interest in and inquire about those offers. However, BossDawgs is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. All buyers and sellers who utilize our website agree to be responsible for the legal and regulatory compliance of any transaction entered into, and BossDawgs makes no representations or assurance about such compliance. This Agreement requires that buyers and sellers provide accurate and complete information about themselves and businesses they may list for sale or express interest in. Although BossDawgs does a quick review of each listing before it is listed on the site, BossDawgs cannot and does not confirm the buyer’s and seller’s purported identity and makes no inquiries about the accuracy of business listings. As a result, we have no control over the accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell businesses listed or the ability of buyers to buy businesses they express interest in.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
BossDawgs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any material that infringes or appears to infringe on intellectual property rights owned by others. BossDawgs may immediately terminate Member’s use of, or access to, the site at any time it decides that Member has breached this Agreement, any relevant law, rule or regulation or Member has infringed or appear to have infringed the intellectual property rights of others.
OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES
BossDawgs is not responsible for the availability, content or accuracy of any other pages or other sites linked via this website. To the extent that portions of this site contain links to outside sources, all relationships are between Members and outside providers and do not involve BossDawgs and any concerns about such sources should be directed to the particular outside provider. BossDawgs does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information or content included on other sites, nor the quality of products or service provided or sold.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BossDawgs’ entire liability under this Agreement shall be a refund to the Customer of any fees paid to BossDawgs hereunder, and in no event will BossDawgs’ liability for any reason exceed such fee. BossDawgs, Inc. (and it’s officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for damages whatsoever arising from Member’s use of the site, and Member shall indemnify BossDawgs, Inc. (and it’s officers, directors, employees and agents) and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all costs, damages or losses by any of them (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees) as a result of a claim by any person other than Member arising from Member’s use or application of the site.
GENERAL
This Agreement provided by BossDawgs shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the foregoing is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and Agreement between us with respect to the subject matter therein. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, these Terms of Use and this Agreement at any time.
